Henry came out quickly once I contacted him about my caravan door. I explained the problem and He Kept me in the loop with what was happening and fixed the issue very quickly. I had to put my full trust in Henry to replace a faulty front door lock, as I live 3.5hrs away from my elderly aunt who lives on her own, after discovering she was not locking her front door at all as the lock wasn't working!! Not only did Henry visit the same (or next day, can't remember!) and replace the lock with one with 5 keys, he also took time to adjust the locking mechanism on a UPVC patio door where the key was only turning half way. Henry came to look at a busted mortice lock and fitted a new one, but more than that, reset the lock in the doorframe to stop a rattle and planed the door where it was sticking, all in the same price. Top service!

Henry visited promptly after a request to look at a badly fitted conservatory door which was drafty and the installers wouldn't repair. He was unable to completely alleviate thevproblem due to design faults on the door so only charged less than half his call out charge. He then fixed three window catches that were stuck and noticed the front porch door was seated correctly and without being asked fixed it. Henry was very pleasant and it was a refreshing to meet an honest professional with high standards. We settled on a reasonable price which both of us were agreed upon. I would highly recommend Henry and definately use him again.
